Femfilm Oslo is a feminist film festival in the capital city of Norway. The festival was initiated by a group of women film & festival workers wishing to contribute towards a more inclusive and diverse world of film.

Board of Trustees

Chair of the Board Vigdis Lian is a previous Director of the Norwegian Film Institute (NFI). She has also been Program Director at The Norwegian Film Festival, and Head of the Program Committee at the film festival Movies on War. Amongst many other things, Lian has also edited the essay collection Take It Like a Man, Madam! (2016) about female filmmakers in Norway.
